Your appointment time is valuable to us. We want to make sure you receive the best service possible during your appointment. 
To help us do this, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment if you need to cancel or adjust the time. We’re happy to help you reschedule. 
Because each appointment time is reserved for a valued client, we ask that you let us know if you’re running late or can’t make it. Failure to give us 48 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee and failure to give us 24 hours notice will result in a charge of the full treatment cost.
No shows will also be charged at the full amount and will be required to pay a fee when booking a future appointment. 🌻

Jo is just lovely.  She is very knowledgable and experienced so you are in good hands.   She is chatty and makes you feel very relaxed.  My first visit to Jo was a birthday gift from my daughter  and I have just been  back again today.   It is my intention to  have regular follow up appointments.

I absolutely love getting my nails done by Jo that I now use her for my lash extensions and eyebrow wax and tint as well!! Very reasonably priced, extremely professional and always makes you feel welcome and relaxed. I'd be lost without her, ha ha 😂
