By booking with Barking beautiful, you agree to these Policies & Terms. Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by Barking beautiful. New clients are required to pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy, Barking beautiful may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Please arrive on time; a reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment, and clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. A no show will be charged at 100% of service cost. Behaviour , coat condition and mating are all subject to extra fees and charges. Behaviour may result in groom being stopped due to risk of injury and is at the groomer discretion. Dogs should be collected immediately free being contacted. Late collection charge apply after 10 minutes after being given arrival time. costs TBC No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
