NEW CLIENTS: Please call or message on WhatsApp or Instagram for a price before booking online. All cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made 48 hours prior to appointment to not receive a cancellation charge. Any appointments cancelled after this will receive a 50% charge of their booking before being able to reschedule their appointment. If this isn't paid no future appointments can be booked / any pre-arranged appointments will be cancelled. Extra fees will be added on to the groom for matting or fleas. This will be discussed before the groom starts. Any sign of aggression or bad behaviour will result in an unfinished groom and owners will be called for collection as I do not want to put your dog or staff at risk of injury.
