Balayage and Brows

Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by Balayage and Brows. We require a card on file at the time of booking, and a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment value may be charged for a late cancellation or no-show. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before start time; cancellations after this window may incur the 50% fee, and no-shows will be required to pay the full appointment amount before booking any future appointments, and I hold all my clients to the same standard and policy—thank you for understanding. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Personal and booking information is collected solely to provide the service and is not shared with third parties except as required to process payments or by law. Looking forward to seeing you!
