“Michael is a wealth of knowledge and has been helping me with in lead up to my upcoming Ironman. He's been great in helping me identify why tightness is occuring and always offering solutions that add value to my training, whether that's identifying weak spots or suggesting mobility exercises. He has been a great help through this this build and has added a heap of value in helping me understand the mechanics of my body through training. Couldn't recommend more!”

BMR Sports & Remedial operates from 2 locations in Wollongong: Monday & Friday from UOW Main Campus Gym (URAC) and Tuesdays from Phytness Health care in Fairy Meadow. On Wednesdays and Thursdays we are open in Shellharbour City Centre

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 4 hours before start time, the earliest notice the better to allow for reallocation of the appointment. For cancellations within 4 hours, 50% of the scheduled fee will be charged. For no shows appointments with no prior notice 75% of scheduled fee will be charged. Thankyou for your understanding.
