By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms: Appointments & Cancellations Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours prior to their scheduled service time. Changes made within less than 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Deposit Policy A non-refundable deposit of $32 is required to secure all appointments. This includes a $2 processing fee and will be applied toward your total service balance. Payment Policy The remaining balance is due in cash only at the time of your appointment. Late Policy A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond this window will incur a $15 late fee. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment canceled or rescheduled at the discretion of BLB Studios, and the deposit will be forfeited. No Call / No Show Policy Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be marked as a no call / no show. In order to book future appointments, the client will be required to pay in full upfront. Repeat no call / no show clients may be refused future services. We value your time and ours.
