•please make sure you are booking for a base (gel x/builder gel) AND design tier. If appointment is booked without, I may have to reschedule. •50% cancellation fee for appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours •Please arrive on time, I will graciously give a 15 minute grace period, any later will be canceled or rescheduled •No call no shows will be charged 80% fee and may lose future booking privileges. •Please come with bare clean nails for 1st appointment •I do not accept day-of appointment requests
