Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation as per our t&c's and no-show if 24 hours notice is not given. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. If you cannot do this for any reason please contact the clinic and we can reschedule the appointment for you. Please see the full terms & conditions of booking and treatments on our website or in the clinic. A pdf copy can be sent to you via email or text should you request it.
