D E P O S I T S A deposit is required via bank transfer to secure your appointment. once this has been paid, your appointment will be secured. please note that once sent, all deposits are non refundable! C A N C E L L A T I O N S to cancel a reservation, a notice of 48 hours is required. Any cancellations made after this time period will result in a charge for the remaining balance. N O S H O W S if you do not show up to your appointment you will lose your deposit and you will have to pay the remaining balance of your treatment. P I C T U R E R E F E R A L S when checking out after selecting your services please leave either an image of the nail set you will be getting. for lashes please if known insert your wanted lengths (this is to ensure the correct products are in stock) for nail appointments infills please directly message me. T O P U P S - ANTI WRINKLE if you have received an anti wrinkle treatment that may require a 2 week top up please drop me a message to rebook back in within the 2 week time frame. top ups must be made within the 2 weeks anything later than this will result in a £50 charge. A N T I W R I N K L E P R O C E D U R E When booking for any anti wrinkle treatment a form will be sent over to be able to prescribe you with the correct products which will then be ordered in for you personally (please do not book this service for anyone but yourself) therefore we ask you do not book any later than 2 days before your appointment, I N F I L L S - L A S H E S infills are advised to be made every 2-3 weeks after initial appointment, appointments booked after 3 weeks = removal + full set. please note: infills will not be done on other lash techs work. D I S S O L V E T O P U P S once you have had a dissolve and payed for your appointment. You are to manually book a ‘2 week top up - £0’ for a date in 2 weeks time for your refill. P A Y M E N T S the remaining balance of all services must be paid in full on the day of your appointment. payments can be made via bank transfer or cash. O U T O F H O U R S appointments on Sunday or before the hours of 12pm and after the hours of 6pm will be classed as out of hours, (please add this service to your booking when needed- if this is done, it will be automatically added). E M E R G E N C Y S L O T S emergency appointments are also available on Sundays for an additional £15. (please add this service to your booking when needed- if this is done, it will be automatically added). L O C A T I O N the appointment location will be sent 24 hours before your appointment, to allow you to plan your journey accordingly. (based in the Eastwood area - the Rainbow One bus brings you directly here from areas across Nottingham). C O U R S E S please note our courses are not accredited these are masterclasses. B E F O R E C A R E - PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT for lash appointments, please arrive with clean lashes and an eye area free from makeup including: mascara, concealer, foundation and eyelash glue. contact lenses should never be in the eye area at the time of your appointment. please do not attend your appointment with any plus-ones as they may be turned away at times (please contact me before your appointment of plus one enquiries) for nail appointment, please ensure there is no gel polish or previous product on your nail bed. for lemon bottle appointment, before attending your fat dissolving appointment for best results drink as much water as possible, avoid late night meals and eat light meals, lightly massage and exercise, sauna or hot towel on soon to be treated area, aim to book your appointment in the morning before food has been consumed.
