Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. This deposit is due upon booking to confirm your appointment time. **No shows incur a 100% fee and is required to be paid within 24 hours of your missed appointment** The deposit will be deducted from your total cost and the remaining amount will be due on the day of your appointment. If you need to reschedule, you MUST give a minimum 48hrs notice. (This is allowed 3 times before loss of deposit).
