Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.

This deposit is due upon booking to confirm your appointment time. 

**No shows incur a 100% fee and is required to be paid within 24 hours of your missed appointment**

The deposit will be deducted from your total cost and the remaining amount will be due on the day of your appointment. 

If you need to reschedule, you MUST give a minimum 48hrs notice.
(This is allowed 3 times before loss of deposit). 

If less than 48 hours notice is given, you will lose your deposit and will be required to pay another deposit if you wish to rebook.

Kristy was lovely, very proffesional and friendly, made us feel very comfortable and her little doggo sat on my lap like a king and recieved a nice massage while i waited for my daughter, she was very happy with her trial make up for her formal and made the most of it wearing it the next day 😆 see you soon for the actual formal day.
