🐾 THESE MIGHT ANSWER ALL YOUR QUESTIONS👇 By booking with Pupcorn Pawz Grooming Studio, you agree to these Policies & Terms: 🐾 1. Appointments: Grooming is by appointment only. Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your appointment to be shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled. 🐾 2. Cancellations & No-Shows: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the booked service. Repeat no-shows may require full payment in advance for future bookings OR no bookings will be allowed in the future. 🐾 3. Health & Safety All dogs must be up to date with their vaccinations. 🐾 4. Fleas, Ticks & Contagious Conditions For the health and safety of all dogs, please ensure your dog is free from contagious illnesses, fleas, ticks, and mites before their appointment. If fleas, ticks, or other parasites are discovered during the grooming process, the appointment will be stopped immediately, and you will be contacted to collect your dog without delay. The salon must then be closed for thorough sanitisation and treatment before grooming can safely resume. Please check your dog before each appointment and ensure they are on an effective parasite prevention programme. If treatment is required, kindly reschedule your appointment once your dog has been treated and cleared by your veterinarian. Please inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or behavioural concerns before your appointment. 🐾 5. Humanity Over Vanity Your dog's comfort always comes first. In cases of severe matting, de-matting will not be performed as it is painful and may cause unnecessary stress or injury. A full shave-off will be carried out where necessary for your dog's welfare. Shaving may reveal PRE- EXISTING skin conditions hidden beneath the mats and Pupcorn Pawz will not be responsible for it. 🐾 6. Behaviour Every dog deserves patience and kindness. If a dog becomes excessively aggressive or poses a risk to itself or the groomer, the grooming session may be stopped. Charges will apply for work already completed. 🐾 7. Puppies Puppies are welcome once they have received their age-appropriate vaccinations. Their first visit is designed to be a positive introduction to grooming. 🐾 8. Senior Dogs Extra care is taken with elderly dogs. Grooming may be adapted to suit their comfort, and sessions may be shortened if necessary or may take longer than usual. 🐾 9. Accidents Every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure your dog's safety. However, grooming involves the use of sharp equipment, and minor nicks can occasionally occur, particularly on matted, elderly, or anxious dogs. You will be informed immediately should this happen. 🐾 10. Grooming Times Every dog is unique, so grooming times will vary. Factors such as coat condition, size, temperament, anxiety, and the need for comfort breaks or toilet walks all affect the length of the appointment. For this reason, I cannot guarantee an exact collection time in advance. Once I can see your dog's groom is nearing completion, I will send you a collection notification so you have time to travel to the salon. My goal is to minimise the time your dog spends waiting after their groom, as Pupcorn Pawz is a one-on-one, kennel-free salon with emergency only kennels-used only when absolutely necessary. 🐾 11. Collection Policy As Pupcorn Pawz is a one-on-one grooming salon, please ONLY arrive once you have received confirmation that your dog's groom is complete. Arriving early interrupts the grooming process, as I must safely secure your dog, leave the grooming area to open the gate, and temporarily leave your dog unattended. For the safety of your dog and others in my care, please collect your dog within 30 minutes of receiving your collection notification. 🐾 12. Payment Payment is due on collection. Please let me know if you would prefer your dog not to be photographed. 🐾 14. Satisfaction If you are not completely happy with your dog's groom, please let me know within 24 hours so I can make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue.
