BOOKING POLICY A £20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. When at least 24 hours’ notice is provided, the deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit. A new £20 deposit will be required to secure a future appointment. Deposits may be transferred to a maximum of two appointment changes. Any further rescheduling will require a new £20 deposit to secure another booking. Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice (no-show) will be required to pay the full treatment cost before any future appointments can be booked. Clients with a history of repeated cancellations, rescheduling, or non-attendance may be required to pay in full at the time of booking. Please be aware that appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations, repeated rescheduling, and missed appointments make it difficult to offer those appointments to other clients. I understand that genuine emergencies and exceptional circumstances can arise. Any waiver of fees, deposits, or booking restrictions remains entirely at my discretion. By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms of this booking policy. ✨ GIFT CARD & VOUCHER POLICY ✨ Gift cards and vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and must be redeemed within this period. Gift cards must be redeemed and applied at the time of booking. It is the responsibility of the purchaser and recipient to retain their gift card code, set up any required booking account, and familiarise themselves with the current booking and voucher policies. Appointments booked using a gift card or voucher may be rescheduled once, provided a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is given. Any further rescheduling, cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend the appointment will result in the voucher being forfeited. Expired gift cards and vouchers cannot be extended, exchanged, transferred, refunded, or redeemed against treatments. As appointment availability is limited, I recommend booking well in advance to avoid disappointment. Please note that I am unable to access or manage customer account settings within the booking platform.
