BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY All appointments are subject to approval and require a valid card on file. A 25% deposit is required for services $50 and over. Deposits are applied toward the total service cost. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 36 hours’ notice. Deposits are refundable with proper notice. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a 50% fee. Any deposit already paid will be credited toward this fee, with the remaining balance charged to the card on file. Outstanding fees must be paid before rebooking. A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. Arriving beyond this window may result in cancellation and applicable fees. ADDITIONAL POLICIES Payment is due at the time of service. Clients must disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before their appointment. Clients should arrive alone unless otherwise arranged, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Completed services are generally nonrefundable. Any concerns must be reported within 7 days. Results cannot be guaranteed, and liability is limited as permitted by law. Booking information is used for appointment management and payment processing.
