I believe massage should be both effective and restorative. From targeted therapeutic sessions to full-body relaxation and prenatal massage, every appointment is designed around your body's needs. Using a slow, intentional approach, my goal is to help you reduce tension, improve movement, recover well, and support long-term wellness. I'm also continuing to expand my training in TMJ, facial massage, and healthy aging to bring even more options to my clients.

By booking with Taylor Health Massage Therapy, you agree to the following Policies & Terms. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may shorten your session to avoid impacting other clients. It’s understandable that unplanned issues come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows me the opportunity to offer your appointment to another client who may be waiting for an opening. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled service. If you're experiencing a specific injury or persistent area of pain, I recommend booking a focused therapeutic session so we can dedicate the time needed for lasting results.
