There is NO ATM in the shop so please plan accordingly. 

Late Policy:

I have a strict 10 minute grace period.
Please contact me to let me know you’re running late. Any longer than 10 minutes, you will be turned away. 


Cancellation Policy:

If the haircut is canceled within 4 hours of the appointment or you no call no show, you get charged the full price of the service booked. If amount is not paid, you will not be able to book with me until I receive payment. This can be paid via an electronic payment or in person cash.

Things happen, people get called into work, kids get sick. I understand! In these circumstances just text me and let me know as soon as you can. I need some time to be able to fill the spot.

If you no call no show your first appointment, you are blocked from booking with me. No exceptions.

We love Savanna! Been following her through 3 different shops. I’ve had my own health issues so we haven’t been able to stay on a routine. But she treats us like we are regulars. My son is a difficult kid sometimes.. doesn’t look where you want. Acts grumpy when getting his hair cut. (He rather it be long-  ever washed- never brushed… boys. Uhg.) But it always looks great when Savanna is done. We get compliments all the time after a cut!
