By booking with Lenas Esthetics, you agree to these Policies & Terms. Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy, and deposits are refundable provided cancellation is made within the permitted cancellation window. Lenas Esthetics may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. A reasonable 10-minute grace period may be offered where possible; after this grace period your deposit may be retained and arriving late may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Personal and booking information is collected solely to provide the service and is not shared with third parties except as required to process payments or by law. Looking forward to seeing you. Age Policies ●17 years of age - needs a guardian to be present and sign the Minor Consent Waiver during the first visit; then, the client can come in on their own at the time of service. ●12-16 years of age - needs a guardian to be present and sign the Minor Consent Waiver and must have a guardian present during every service. ●15 years & older are approved to be seen for Brazilian and Bikini Full Services. ●12 years & older are approved to be seen for Bikini Line Services ●11 years & younger are approved for all other services outside of the Brazilian and Bikini Area: 💳 PAYMENT OPTIONS 💕 All services can be paid with: • Card • Tap to Pay • Venmo • Cash App • Cash 💵 Please note: If paying with cash, I may not always have change available, so please try to bring the exact amount. 🤍 Thank you for understanding & supporting my small business! ✨
