•A NON-REFUNDABLE, ONE TIME TRANSFERABLE deposit of $2,000 is required to secure each appointment. •No shaving or tweezing of brows atleast a week before your appointment. •Absolutely no extra guests unless communicated otherwise. •Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. •No call, no shows will be blocked from booking any future appointments. •All clients have a 20 minute grace period. After this time frame, consider your appointment cancelled unless stated otherwise. •Before/after working hours appointments attract an ADDITIONAL $2,500 on your service. •Brows MUST be makeup and retinol free coming to your appointment. •Absolutely NO REFUNDS!
