Please read ALL information & Service Descriptions before booking an appointment as deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE If you would like a CUSTOM WIG to be made and to be shipped out to you please email us ! All appointments are a €40 deposit,which is non -refundable in an event of a cancellation. If you reschedule your deposit will be lost and you have to book again. LATE POLICY !! You have a 10 minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late you will be charged an additional €10. After 20 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will have to reschedule. 1. Appointments come out the 25th of each month at 16pm, if you see no times available it means I’m fully booked or if you don’t see the date you’re interested in means it’s gone. Please check frequently for any possible cancellations. 2. Please come with your hair braided (cornrows) I DO NOT offer this as part of the appointment. 3. Don’t forget to add Curling as a message if you want extra styling This is only if you want curls , crimps , bodywaves , wand curls etc. HAIR DROP OFFS Please make sure you have dropped off your hair ATLEAST 5 DAYS before your appointment 12pm-6pm. If you choose to drop your hair off later than this, there is a €15 fee incurred to your service. If you drop your hair 3 days before, this becomes €30 extra and is classified as a premium/emergency appointment or your appointment may be cancelled altogether if it causes too much inconvenience. This also applies for postages, please text or email me regarding your hair if you have posted it as I am not accountable for any lost packages so I prefer if clients would drop their hair off. There must be a note detailing your NAME, the service that you are receiving, the DATE AND TIME of your appointment and your HEAD MEASUREMENTS to avoid any confusion. If you are purchasing a ready-made wig please ensure it comes in front of your hairline and sideburns. If the unit does not fit your head, I will not continue the install and your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refundable. 4. Please make sure the quality of your lace is good ! I do NOT accept bad lace - HD lace is the best or thin Swiss lace. Please prevent sending me laces with dense hairlines/thick knots/grey, off coloured laces or laces that have been stained by dye. If not you can purchase a Transparent HD Lace from our collection to get a better blend !! 5. If you want a good scalp/ melt add “bleaching and plucking “ IS A MUST !! and Make sure to bring your wig 2 days before your exact date. 6. If you are Allergic to glue please let me know through email. As I only use adhesive for application. 7. No extra guests please I just want to focus on you ! :) 8. The services that are listed below are the only services that I offer. Please do not book a service and request something else. 9. I’ll be taking pictures too so please be camera ready.
