Essence Lace Policy and Terms

By booking an appointment with Essence Lace, you agree to the following terms. 

Deposits are Non- Refundable 
Cancellations require 24 hours' notice; failure to notify us will result in a $20 cancellation fee. 
Wigs must be dropped off with the client's full name attached at least 3 days prior to the appointment for customization. Late submissions will lead to appointment cancellation. 
Note that we do not install T-part or synthetic wigs; please message me if your uncertain. 
A late fee of $20 applies if you arrive more than 15 minutes late. Arrivals over 25 minutes late will result in appointment cancellation to respect other clients. 
For services including hair braiding or styling with Natural Hair arrive with your hair clean and Blowdried.

I had my first install ever a little over a couple weeks, and while I was initially sceptical, I was proven soo wrong! My install withstood 10 days of Bali humidity, activities and living good! Super happy with the service received, and would recommend to anyone!
