When booking an appointment with me / Elegance Beauty you are agreeing to the policies which I have put in place for my business:

Patch tests:
A patch test is required for new clients to check for allergies at least 24 hours before appointments. This is for your own health to ensure you aren't allergic to any of the products I use. After your patch test within the first 24 hours if you experience any discomfort, redness, itchiness or any further symptoms please let me know immediately

Cancellation policy:
When needing to cancel your appointment I require to have at least 48 hours notice or more. Cancelling under 48 hours before the appointment will result in a cancellation fee, this will be 50% of the service in which you would have received from me at the appointment.

Sickness policy:
If you or someone within your household has become unwell and or has a contagious illness, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. As I work from home this may impact me & my family and puts other clients coming into my home at risk.

Early to appointment policy / late:
Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you arrive early, please understand I may still be with another client, preparing for your appointment or tending to personal matters. If this is the case please feel free to send me a message to see if I'm free and ready for you. Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment then I may not be able to carry out the full treatment.

Same day cancellations / no shows:
cancellations on the day or no shows will be charged 100% of the treatment you booked in for. Due to late notice I wont be able to fill the slots on the day which is a loss of money for my business.
Please note that you won't be able to book in for further treatment with me until this fee has been paid.

Refunds:
I do not offer any refunds from treatment received as I am unaware if you are carrying out the correct aftercare at home.

Bringing guests:
Please come to your appointment on time and alone. This includes children / pets.

I love getting my eyebrows done by Ellie, she is so lovely and welcoming. I tend to go every 4/5 weeks to get my eyebrows done and they look amazing each time.

Lovely lady, just had eyebrow wax and tint for the second time with Ellie, next booked in for follow up eyebrows aswell as lash lift and tint, hope you and the family have a wonderful Christmas and I will see you in the new year :)

Had an amazing first time with Ellie. I've had last lifts before and been slightly disappointed, but not this time. She was really gentle and my lashes lifted up sooooo good!! Had my first ever lash lift and tint yesterday and I'm so happy with the results my lashes look amazing and have just given me a much needed boost. Ellie is absolutely lovely and explains everything so well and just makes you feel good. I also had my second eyebrow wax as well and I'm just amazed at how a good tidy up and lift can make you feel. Ellie is such a lovely girl, very welcoming and such a kind person. I have been a couple times for a brow wax and love the results every-time! 

Ellie was great! I haven't had my eyebrows done in a long time and she made me feel really comfortable and I've left with my eyebrows looking fantastic. I'd definitely recommend getting booked in with her ASAP.
