MUST READ – T&Cs 💅🏾 Age & Deposit • 16+ only. • £15 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and goes toward your set. I only accept Apple Pay/Card for your remaining balance. Lateness/Cancellations • Please arrive on time there’s a 10 min grace. 10–15 mins late = £10 fee, 15–20 mins = £15 fee. After 20 mins your appointment will be cancelled & classed as a no-show (remaining balance charged). • Cancelling, no-showing, or trying to reschedule with less than 24h notice means your deposit is lost + remaining is balance charged. • You can only reschedule your appointment once (with 24h+ notice). If you try to reschedule the same appointment more than once it will be cancelled • After 2 no shows/late cancellations, I won’t be able to take future bookings from you. Extra Info • Appointments after 7pm carry a £10 out-of-hours fee. • Please come with bare nails – I don’t work over/remove other techs’ work. • No damaged nails – send a pic if you’re unsure. Service will be refused if nails are damaged. • Free repairs within 4 days. After that repairs are charged. Nail repairs are a 30 minute appointment if you’re 10 mins late it is a cancelled booking.
