Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by Celestial Moon Lash & Nail Bar, and the business may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business, and clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed.
