The booking party will be fully responsible for 100% of the service balance. • SERVICES: Clients are responsible for 100% of the payment for the services they BOOK, regardless of changes made on the day of service. If a client decides to modify their appointment on the day of the scheduled service, the full service fee will still be due. Please ensure to review your booking and confirm all services in advance. • APPOINTMENT REMINDERS: Are a courtesy, not a guarantee. Reminders are sent out the day before appointment. Confirm your appointment by replying “confirm” to the automated message. To cancel, reply with “cancel.” ‼️Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up to date contact information upon booking. This includes a valid phone number and email address. Please understand, Incorrect contact information may result in missed confirmations or reminders, which DOES NOT EXCUSE MISSED APPOINTMENTS!
