Brows & Lash Lifts By Emily 

Please Read Before Booking

Each appointment time is exclusively reserved for you. To ensure fairness to all clients, we kindly ask you to review our booking terms:

• Deposits are non-refundable
• Your deposit may be transferred once, provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice and reschedule within 7 days of your original appointment date.
• Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment price — this must be settled before any future bookings can be made. 

Patch Testing
All new clients must attend a patch test no later than 24 hours prior to the appointment.
Failure to attend will result in the appointment being cancelled, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, allowing us to provide a calm and punctual experience for every client.
