Deposits A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits go toward your total service cost. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours before your appointment to avoid losing your deposit. Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Appointments may be cancelled after 30 minutes, resulting in loss of deposit. No-Shows No-shows must pay a new deposit to rebook. Repeated no-shows may be blocked from future bookings.
