1. BOOKING & PAYMENT * Studio Rentals: Full payment is required to secure your booking. * Photography/Videography: 70% deposit required to confirm, 30% balance before shoot. * No payment = No booking. * All payments are non-refundable. ⸻ 2. BOOKING CONFIRMATION * Your slot is only confirmed after payment is received. * Bookings are handled on a first come, first served basis. ⸻ 3. ARRIVAL TIME * Clients must arrive at least 15–30 minutes before session time. * Your session time starts exactly at your booked time, not arrival time. ⸻ 4. DURATION & OVERTIME * Sessions run strictly within booked time. * Extra time is charged per hour based on your package. * Late arrival does not extend your session time. ⸻ 5. STUDIO CAPACITY (RENTALS) * Maximum of 4 people per space (including the client). * Additional persons may attract extra charges or be denied entry. ⸻ 6. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION * Rescheduling allowed minimum 24–48 hours before session. * Cancellations are non-refundable. * Deposits are non-transferable. ⸻ 7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY * Clients are responsible for: * Outfits, props, and shoot direction * Personal belongings * YV Studios is not liable for lost or damaged items. ⸻ 8. STUDIO USE & DAMAGES * Handle all equipment and props with care. * Any damage caused will be charged accordingly. * Do not move equipment without assistance. ⸻ 9. AUDIO, EQUIPMENT & ADD-ONS * Standard setup includes: * Lighting * Camera operator * Basic audio (where applicable) * Add-ons (extra camera, mic, teleprompter, etc.) are charged separately. ⸻ 10. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME * Raw files (if applicable): 24–48 hours * Edited content: 3–7 working days * Express delivery (24hrs): Available at extra cost ⸻ 11. CONTENT SELECTION (PHOTO/VIDEO) * Clients must select preferred files within 48 hours (where applicable). * Delays in selection may affect delivery timeline. ⸻ 12. COPYRIGHT & USAGE * YV Studios retains the right to use content for portfolio and promotional purposes. * Commercial use of unpaid content is strictly prohibited. ⸻ 13. CONDUCT * Respect for staff, space, and other clients is mandatory. * Misconduct may result in termination of session without refund. ⸻ 14. NO SMOKING / CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT * No smoking allowed in the studio. * Maintain a clean and professional environment. ⸻ 15.
