1. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged the full fee for that appointment. 2. Appointments canceled same-day, will be charged the full fee for that appointment, regardless of circumstances. 3. No shows will result in a full fee charge, including new patient appointments. 4. Reminder messages will be sent 48 hours prior to the appointment time to give adequate time to change or cancel. 5. I Reserve the right to waive any fee as I see necessary.
