Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. Appointments must be booked on the site in order to be scheduled; no inbox bookings are accepted. We require a $25.0 deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. Deposits are non-refundable provided cancellation is made within the permitted cancellation window. Same-day appointments carry a $30 fee. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. A 10-minute late arrival will incur a $10 fee, and arrivals 30 minutes late will require rescheduling and payment of another $25 deposit. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary.
