The Alibi

Bookings are confirmed at the time of reservation. We require a 50% deposit when booking to secure your appointment. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours beforehand; cancellations made after this period are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. Deposits are refundable if the cancellation occurs within the allowed cancellation window. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals might result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service, and accepted payment methods may vary. Clients must inform us of any relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment.
