The Laboratory Private Recording Studio

By booking with The Laboratory Private Recording Studio, you agree to the following terms: • Deposits & Payment: All sessions must be paid in full or require a non-refundable deposit to secure your time slot. Remaining balances are due at the start of the session. • Cancellations & Rescheduling: At least 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit or may be charged the full session rate. • Late Arrivals: Your session begins at the scheduled time, not arrival time. Late arrival will reduce your booked session time and will not be extended. • Overtime: Additional time is subject to availability and will be billed at the standard hourly rate. • Studio Conduct: Clients are expected to respect the space and equipment. Any damage caused during your session will be the client’s responsibility. • Guests: Limit guests to a reasonable number. The studio reserves the right to deny entry or end sessions if the environment becomes disruptive. • Engineer Role: The engineer will assist with recording and basic direction. Excessive revisions or project changes may require additional booked time. • File Delivery: Final files will be delivered after full payment is received. The studio is not responsible for storing files long-term, so clients should back up their files promptly. • Right to Refuse Service: The Laboratory Private Recording Studio reserves the right to refuse or end a session at any time due to inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, or policy violations.
