A non-refundable $35 deposit is required to secure all appointments and is applied toward your service total. A transaction fee applies. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances. Clients may reschedule one time only with at least 48 hours’ notice. After one reschedule, the appointment must be completed within 7 days of the original booking date. At the time of rescheduling, the remaining balance of the originally booked service must be paid in full to secure the new appointment date. This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. Any additional services or add-ons requested after rescheduling will be added to your total and may be paid on the day of service. Any additional reschedules, cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals that prevent completion of service, or failure to rebook within 7 days will result in forfeiture of all payments made, and a new full payment will be required to book again. Same-day cancellations or no-shows automatically forfeit all payments. Clients who repeatedly reschedule or cancel may be required to prepay in full for future appointments or may be declined for future bookings. To reschedule, clients must call or text our salon number. Emails are not accepted. If we do not answer, please leave a voicemail with your name and appointment date and time. By booking, you agree to these terms Late Arrival policy: Please arrive on time on day of appointment. Arrivals after 10min will be cancelled and you forfeit your payments. Guest policy: To maintain a relaxing ,wellness-focused environment for all clients , we kindly ask that you arrive alone to your appointment . Sorry no exceptions no kids Damage & aftercare responsibilities Once you leave your appointment, The Beauty Co. is not responsible for damage caused by improper care , accidents, misuse , or normal wear and tear. Clients are responsible to follow after care instructions provided at time of service. We offer a 3 day service guarantee for lifting chipping or structural issues related to the original appointment. Client must notify within 72 hrs Of appointment to qualify for a complimentary repair. After this period all repairs will be charged. Design changes , breakeage due to impact , and issues caused by external factors are not covered under our guarantee. Refund policy: All services and deposits at The Beauty Co. are final and non- refundable. Due to the nature of the beauty services. We do not offer refunds on completed services , deposits , full payments , or retail purchases. If you are unsatisfied with the service, you have 72 hours to notify us and we would gladly correct or adjust your service. Within the 3 day guarantee policy. Refunds will not be issued. The remaining balance can be paid in Cash, Zelle , Venmo to avoid processing fees If you wish to pay with card a transaction fee will be added of 4% A transaction fee will be added for Afterpay transactions of 6%
