A non-refundable $35 deposit is required to secure all appointments and is applied toward your service total. A transaction fee applies. Deposits are strictly non-refundable or transferable under any circumstances including: cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows. Provider Availability: Although you may request a specific technician, appointments are booked by service, not by provider. If your scheduled technician becomes unavailable for any reason, we may assign another qualified provider to perform your service. by booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy In the event of rescheduling, the original deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to reserve the new appointment date. All payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in all payments being non-refundable. Clients who repeatedly reschedule or cancel may be required to prepay in full for future appointments or may be declined for future bookings. We offer a 3 day service guarantee for lifting chipping or structural issues related to the original appointment. Client must notify within 72 hrs Of appointment to qualify for a complimentary repair. After this period all repairs will be charged. Design changes , breakeage due to impact , and issues caused by external factors are not covered under our guarantee. Refund policy: All services and deposits at The Beauty Co. are final and non- refundable. Due to the nature of the beauty services. We do not offer refunds on completed services , deposits , full payments , or retail purchases. If you are unsatisfied with the service, you have 72 hours to notify us and we would gladly correct or adjust your service. Within the 3 day guarantee policy. Refunds will not be issued.
