Policy Our Policy: * Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the cost of the booked treatment’ if you fail to pay the cancellation fee we will not be booking you in again. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services. All services require a deposit if you book an appointment and we don’t receive deposit within the next couple of hours your appointment will be offered to someone else. We are a cash only business please remember that !! Mini infills can only be booked within 7 days of your appointment! Normal infills you need to have 60% of your lashes left as the outgrown ones have to come off!
