Booking Policies Please read carefully before booking. Booking an appointment confirms that you agree to all policies listed below. Deposits • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Before you book be sure to send your $25 deposit to kendalldabratttt on cashapp! If you do not send your deposit before or while you book your appointment, your appointment will be canceled. • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. • Deposits are applied toward your total service price and are non-transferable. Payments • The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Cash App, and Zelle. • No refunds once services have begun. Cancellations & No-Shows • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit. • Failure to communicate may result in booking restrictions in the future. Late Policy • A 20-minute grace period is allowed. • After the 20-minute grace period, a $20 late fee will be added to your remaining balance. • Appointments will not be canceled due to lateness unless another client is scheduled after you and time no longer allows the service to be completed properly. • Please notify me as soon as possible if you anticipate being late. Hair Preparation • Hair must be fully washed, blown out, and detangled. • No oils, heavy products, or leave-in products. • If hair is not properly prepped, an additional fee may apply or the appointment may need to be rescheduled. Hair Requirements • Clients are responsible for bringing the correct hair required for their selected service. • Incorrect or missing hair may result in rescheduling or cancellation. Guests • No extra guests allowed unless prior approval is given. • Children are not permitted unless they are the client being serviced. Health & Safety • Please arrive on time, respectful, and prepared. • If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule. • I reserve the right to refuse service if policies are not followed.
