BOOKING A $15 deposit is required to book your appointment in case of no show or cancellation. A $50 deposit is required for any chemical service for product (hair color/bleach) This will go your service RESCHEDULING Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24hrs before your appointment time, your deposit will be transferred to new appointment If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, your deposit will be forfeited and a $25 inconvenience fee will be required in order to rebook LATE POLICY If you are going to be late, please communicate with me! I give a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment will have to be rescheduled NO SHOW POLICY If you do not show up to your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and 50% of the total missed service will be required in order to rebook. This does not go towards your service PAYMENTS Accepted forms of payments are Cash, PayPal, and Apple Pay Credit/Debit Card payments are also accepted however, these types of payments include a processing fee of 3.5% *all deposits & fees are non-refundable*
