“Jess, is always so good with Lola, she’s a 14 year old bichon who hates being groomed. She shakes and suffers with anxiety. Jess calms her and she always smells so good and looks like a puppy again. Tail wagging loving her pamper. Thanks to Jess, Lola comes out happier than when she goes in. I wouldn’t take Lola anywhere else. 5 stars isn’t enough. ”
