​By booking an appointment with me, you agree to all of the policies listed below. ​Health and Safety ​Sanitation and Cleanliness: This is my top priority. I clean and disinfect all reusable tools between every client and immediately discard any single-use tools. I commit to using only high-quality, professional, and HEMA-free/hypoallergenic products. ​Contagious Conditions: I cannot perform services on a client who has a suspected nail or skin condition that appears to be contagious, infected, or unhealthy (e.g., open cuts, severe swelling, sores, rashes, or fungus). If your natural nail or surrounding skin is infected, I am legally unable to work on it and must deny service and refer you to a doctor. ​Ingrown Nails: For liability purposes, I DO NOT remove ingrown nails. These should only be removed by a certified doctor or podiatrist. ​Client Disclosure: You must inform me of any health or skin conditions I need to be aware of concerning your nails or skin. ​Sickness Policy: I appreciate you prioritizing our health by rescheduling if you feel sick. If a cancellation is made the day of due to illness, your 40% deposit will be forfeited to cover the reserved time. ​Right to Refuse Service ​Scent-Free Environment: I manage severe asthma and scent-related allergies. To ensure a safe working environment, I strictly enforce a scent-free policy. Please arrive free of all strong scents (perfumes, colognes, or residual smoke). If I am unable to safely proceed due to a triggering scent, I reserve the right to end service and your deposit will be forfeited. ​Nail Integrity: Your nail health is my priority. I may refuse a requested service if I believe it could cause damage to your natural nails. I will always offer a suitable alternative. ​Professional Conduct: I reserve the right to refuse service to any client who is intoxicated, disrespectful, aggressive, or refusing to comply with safety guidelines. ​Appointments, Booking, & Guest Policy ​Service Availability: All services are provided by appointment only. ​Design Consultation: All requests for custom art or complex designs must be submitted one week prior to your appointment to ensure I have time to prepare and provide an accurate quote. ​Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable 40% pre-payment is required to secure every appointment. This amount is credited directly toward your total service cost on the day of your visit. ​Guest Policy: While guests are permitted, I strive to maintain a focused and professional environment. I reserve the right to pause or refuse service at any point if a guest is disruptive, disrespectful, or causes safety concerns in the studio. ​Age Restriction: I do not service clients under the age of 15. Any client under the age of 18 receiving a service must be accompanied by an adult for the entire duration of the service. ​After-Hours Service: Services scheduled outside of normal business hours will incur an additional fee of 50% of the total service cost. ​Scheduling and Fees ​Late Arrival: I ask that you please be courteous and arrive on time. I allow a 5-minute grace period. After 5 minutes, your appointment may be canceled, shortened, or considered a no-show. If shortened, you will still be charged for the full amount booked. If I am unable to perform the service due to the length of the delay, your 40% deposit will be forfeited. ​Rescheduling: * 48+ Hours Notice: Your deposit is fully transferable to your new appointment. ​Within 48 Hours: Your deposit is forfeited. A new 40% deposit will be required to book a future date. ​Cancellations & No-Shows: To protect my business as a sole provider, I utilize a "Deposit-Protection" model. ​If you cancel within 48 hours or fail to show up (No-Call/No-Show), your 40% deposit is forfeited. * You will not be charged the remaining 60% balance, but the deposit is non-refundable and does not roll over. To book again, a new 40% deposit is required. ​Payment and Guarantee ​Payment: The remaining 60% balance is due at the time of service. If you shorten or skip part of your reserved services without 48 hours' notice, you will still be charged for the full amount booked. ​Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, EMV chip cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and "Buy Now, Pay Later" (Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna). ​Refunds: All services rendered are non-refundable once completed. ​Service Guarantee: If you experience any issues (chipping or enhancement problems), please contact me within 7 days of service. I am committed to your satisfaction and will be happy to provide a corrective service if applicable.
