Cancellations: – If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, 50% of the appointment total will be charged. – Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged at 100% of the appointment total. - A little Request: If you’re booking the first appointment of the day, please make sure it’s as close to my opening time as possible. Existing Product: Please let me know prior to your appointment if you have product on from another salon/nail technician. I will happily remove it for you safely. Repairs & Tips: Repairs after 5 days are charged at £3 per nail. Any tips added during the appointment are £2 per tip.
