Rubys grooming house

By booking with Ruby’s Grooming House, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions: • Dogs must be up to date with vaccinations and free from contagious illnesses. Please let us know of any medical conditions, allergies or behavioural concerns before your appointment. • If your dog has fleas, an additional treatment and cleaning fee may apply to cover the cost of sanitising the grooming area. • Matted coats may need to be clipped short for your dog’s comfort and welfare. Additional charges may apply depending on the time and condition of the coat. • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may result in a shortened groom or your appointment needing to be rescheduled. • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice where possible. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. • Ruby’s Grooming House reserves the right to refuse or stop a groom if a dog becomes excessively stressed, aggressive or if continuing would compromise the dog’s welfare or safety. • Every care is taken while grooming your dog. However, owners accept that grooming can occasionally reveal pre-existing skin conditions, lumps, sores or other health issues that were hidden beneath the coat. • Payment is due on completion of the service unless agreed otherwise. • Ruby’s Grooming House may occasionally need to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a suitable alternative. Thank you for choosing Ruby’s Grooming House. We look forward to providing your dog with a calm, caring and professional grooming experience 🐕
