Ri’s Luxe Studio

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Appointments are confirmed only once the deposit is received. Deposits go toward the final balance and are non-transferable. Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Only one reschedule is permitted per deposit. A new deposit will be required after that. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, the appointment may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. No extra guests are permitted. Clients must arrive with clean, product-free hair for installs and a clean, makeup-free face for makeup appointments. No refunds on completed services. Any adjustments must be requested before leaving the studio. By booking, you agree to all policies and consent to photos/videos being used for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested.
