Service Visit Requirements & Arrival Instructions • All clients must bring valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID required for notarization. • All documents must be fully completed prior to the appointment. Do not sign documents in advance unless instructed. • Payment is due at the time of service. Document Copies & Scanning: • If you require documents to be scanned, emailed, printed, or copied, this must be requested in advance. • Please include these requests in the Notes section when booking so we can prepare accordingly. • Same-day requests not noted in advance may result in additional fees or may not be accommodated. Arrival Instructions: • Upon arrival, please use the side door. • Text (arrived) upon arrival and wait to be called in. • Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 6 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
