🚨 Please READ before booking 🚨 Arrival: Arrive on time. If 15+ minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and a new deposit required. Microloc Clients: Hair must be clean & detangled before service. Traditional Locs/Other Services: Just arrive on time unless otherwise noted. Payments: A 4% processing fee applies to card, PayPal, and electronic payments. To avoid fees, cash or Zelle are preferred. Any balance over $400 must be paid in cash or Zelle. Remaining balance is due at the start of service. Deposits: Non-refundable. If you reschedule at least 48 hours in advance using the booking link, your deposit transfers to the new appointment. Cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit. Hair Prep & Care: Avoid heavy products or over-manipulation between visits. Extra charges apply for extensive detangling, severely neglected, or damaged locs. We may refuse service in these cases. Health Policy: Clients with lice, scalp infections, or open wounds will be refused service and deposits forfeited. Final Sales: All services rendered are final. No refunds once service has been completed. Communication: Please share style requests or concerns with your stylist before your appointment for the best results.
