Appointments • Booking is required. Walk-ins are not guaranteed. DM or WhatsApp to secure your spot. • Please be on time. A 10-minute grace period is given. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be canceled or a late fee applied. • Same-day bookings are accepted if space is available 👣 Salon Etiquette • No extra guests unless previously discussed. Space is limited. • Please arrive with clean, product-free nails (unless you’re booked for a soak-off). • Soak-offs from another tech must be mentioned when booking (extra charge may apply). • Be respectful and communicate any concerns during your appointment. 🛑 Health & Safety • If you are sick or showing flu-like symptoms, please reschedule. • I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone showing signs of infection or open wounds. • Sanitation is a top priority. All tools are sterilized before each use. 💅🏽 Aftercare & Guarantee • Basic repairs are free within 3 days (if due to my error). After that, a fee applies. • Please follow proper aftercare to extend the life of your nails. • Photos/videos may be taken for content and marketing purposes.
