To keep our grooming schedule running smoothly and to give every pet the best possible care, we kindly ask all clients to follow the guidelines below: 1. Cancellations & No-Shows Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the slot to another pet. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% late-cancellation fee. Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full grooming fee before another booking can be made. 2. Arrival Times Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Early arrivals may be asked to wait until your slot begins so that we can keep the parlour calm and organised. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled and could be subject to the late-cancellation fee. 3. Pick-Up Times We will notify you as soon as your pet is ready for collection. Pets should be picked up within 30 minutes of receiving the message. A holding fee of R50 per 15 minutes may apply for late collections. 4. Deposits During busy periods or for repeat late cancellations/no-shows, a small non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. 5.
