By scheduling an appointment with PetStar Pet Grooming, clients agree to our policies and terms. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the start time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. PetStar Pet Grooming is not liable for any injuries or illnesses that may occur during or after grooming services. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about their pets. Payment is due at the time of service. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client.
