•Booking paws & play paddock is entirely at your own risk. By using the paddock, you accept responsibility for your own safety and the safety, behaviour and wellbeing of your dog/s at all times. By booking and using paws and play paddock, users agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not book this facility. Persons making the booking will be responsible for ensuring all individuals attending with them comply with these terms. •Use of paws and play paddock is strictly by appointment only. •BOOKING 1st VISITS: IMPORTANT: please choose the 1st visitor option (click it twice if you want 1 hour) so I know to meet you at the gate and show you where to park, explain the gate system etc. *I WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE TO DO A 1st VIST ON A WEEKEND* •WHATSAPP GROUPS you can join: *Weekend availability (weekly updates for the coming weekend availability) *Discounts and cancellations (last min discounted availability) Ask me for a joining link. •PAYMENTS For online payments a link will be sent after your confirmation txt. If you wish to pay cash on arrival please ignore the link and it will expire after your cash payment has been collected and logged against your slot. (Envelopes and pens in the cupboard, black pay box on the fence near the feild gate) •ALLWAYS READ YOUR CONFIRMATION TXT for updated info about your booking or parking info. •CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULE 24 hours or more before the slot start time. Late cancellation after this time is chargeable at full price. *Late cancellations allowable for ‘too hot’ conditions. •IF YOU ARRIVE LATE you must still leave at your booked slot end time. Slightly early arrivals can go in early if the last person has already left and both gates are open. •DO NOT APPROACH THE FIELD IF SOMEONE IS IN THERE. They could have reactive/ non friendly dogs. Call me instead if you think they have overstayed into your slot. STAY IN YOUR VEHICLE AND KEEP YOUR DOGS IN THE CAR until the previous user has left the premises. •DO NOT OPEN A CLOSED GATE. If the driveway gate is closed on arrival, please wait. unless you have been given specific permission to open it. •LEAVE ALL GATES WIDE OPEN ON EXIT so the next person knows it’s available to go in. • EXEMPTED BREEDS: Dog handler ratio is 1:1 with their handler at all times unless with other dogs from the same household. Dog must be neutered. Dog must be microchipped. Dog is kept on lead and muzzled until gates are fully secured and padlocked and again before unlocking/opening the gate. If there are dogs from different households, exempt breed dog must remain muzzled and on lead with their 1:1 handler at all times. You are responsible for ensuring the space is suitably fenced and secure for your dog before allowing them off lead. •POOP: IF YOU SEE IT, PICK IT UP. Everyone misses a poo at times. This way makes sure everyone makes up for leaving a poo behind at times. If you do not agree to pick up what you find, please do not book here. •DO NOT ALLOW YOUR DOGS TO DIG direct them to the sandpit for digging. Fill holes and report them. • PLEASE REPORT any issues found during your slot so it can be rectified immediately. •NO SMOKING ALLOWED ON SITE AT ALL. •Ground may be uneven and may be slippy when wet. Wear SUITABLE FOOTWEAR AND CLOTHING for the ground and weather conditions. • PLEASE TAKE ALL RUBBISH HOME with you. The bin is for dog poo and wipes only. Do not put wipes down the portaloo, put them in the dog bin. •CCTV covers the parking areas and field. We can check it at anytime if there is an issue. •CHILDREN must be watched at all times. Equipment is for dogs not children, please keep them off the equipment. •Do not climb on or over fencing or gates. •Dogs must not be left unattended in the paddock or your vehicle. •Paws & play paddock reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions at any time. Refusal to comply with the terms & conditions may result in a refusal to accept future bookings from you.
