We require a £10 deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment, and deposits are non-refundable regardless of when the cancellation occurs. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. At the moment, new clients are not currently being taken on, and double-coated breeds receive outline trims only; shaving or scissoring the whole dog is not offered unless the coat is matted. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Applicable platform fees may apply. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment, and should arrive with the dog that is getting groomed only unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
