We carefully select dogs to ensure a calm, safe, and balanced environment for all guests 🐾 💳 Booking & Deposit A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. This allows us to reserve a dedicated space for your pup, as availability is limited. 📅 Cancellations & Changes • Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance • Late cancellations may be subject to additional fees • Deposits remain non-refundable ⏰ Drop-Off & Pick-Up Drop-off and pick-up times are scheduled in advance for a smooth experience: • Drop-off: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM • Pick-up: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM Please arrive on time to ensure a calm transition for all dogs 🐾 🐜 Flea & Parasite Policy All dogs must arrive clean and free of fleas, ticks, and parasites If any are found during the stay: • Treatment may be required • Costs will be the responsibility of the owner 🚑 Emergency Care If your dog requires medical attention: • We will attempt to contact you immediately • If unavailable, we may seek veterinary care All veterinary expenses are the responsibility of the owner. ⚠️ Behavior & Safety For the safety of all dogs: • Dogs must be well-behaved and manageable in a home setting • Aggressive or unsafe behavior may result in early pick-up Our priority is always a safe and peaceful environment 🐾 🚫 Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a dog: • Displays aggressive behavior • Shows signs of illness • Poses a risk to other dogs or the home 📄 Liability While every precaution is taken to provide a safe environment, dogs are social animals and interactions carry natural risks.
