                    🔅Booking Fees🔅
•Booking Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE unless there’s an inconvenience on my end
•Booking fees are due IMMEDIATELY 
•Booking fee will always go towards your final payment 
•Will vary depending on Services 

🔅Late,Cancellation,Rescheduling & No Shows🔅
•15 minute grace period. 
•$15 fee will be automatically applied  if late 
•After 25 minutes your appointment is canceled 
*Please come at your appointment time I will have clients after you. Please be mindful of them as well 
•You have 48 hours to CANCEL your appointment 
•CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES made less than 48 hours will result in 50% of the amount due before you can book again OR $50 fee 
•NO CALL NO SHOWS will result in absolute banned
*Full Price will be due to book again

Consultations: save time on confusion at appointments 	Loc Repairs, Loc Maintenance, Loc Extensions, Instant Locs, Starter Locs 

Refunds: After 72 hours of your appointment a partial refund is fortified.  In the event of needing any changes or take downs that will be partial covered by me. After the 72 hours are up I hold no responsibility to any damages or changes made to your hair. 

Loc Extensions: 4-6 weeks after your install that I have done any maintenance or repair will be 100% covered by me.  I will not repair or maintenance over another loctician work WITHOUT a consultation.
