By booking an appointment with Nubia The Spa, you agree to the following terms: A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required at the time of booking. You are allowed one chance to reschedule, after which your deposit becomes void. Rescheduling must be done 24 hours prior to the appointment. Same-day and Sunday appointments will incur a convenience fee of $30. After hours appointments (after 6 PM) will also have a convenience fee of $30. A late fee of $15 will be added 15 minutes after the appointment time. No call, no show will result in void payments and no rescheduling. Clients must arrive with clean, washed, dried, detangled, and product-free hair. Additional fees may apply for dirty or wet hair. No extra persons allowed during appointments.
